Part 2 of my Bangkok trip!

We explored a new mall this time at Phra Ram 9 Station on the MRT line this time - Central Plaza Grand Rama 9.

Nothing much in this mall but at least it's indoors!

Haha, if you wanna buy your Naraya stuff, please buy it at the next location I am gonna introduce below. The store is much bigger than the one at Central Plaza Grand.

Time for self-pampering - pedicure!

The designs they have are really cool and it's quite cheap. But i didn't do the designs because I had to ration out my cash for the remaining two days.

You can think about giving your nails some really nice designs the next time you do your pedicure!

Next, we went to Sapan Taksin Station on the BTS line and walked to the Ferry Terminal.

MBS lookalike??

Yay! Our next destination is in sight after a breezy 15 min ferry ride (complimentary)!

ASIATIQUE - The Riverfront

This place is like Chatuchak, except newer, cleaner and much nicer!

It is only open from 5pm onwards. So even strolling in the open space gives you cool breezes!

The ferry comes every 15 minutes.

They categorize the various warehouses according to the different goods they sell. So if you are on a tight schedule, do target those warehouses that sell what you are looking for!

Shall let the pictures do the talking =)

Really lovely place and I did not regret taking the ferry!

I have motion sickness so I was really worried about getting seasick prior to the ferry ride. But it's so breezy that I find myself enjoying the ride and taking in the beautiful scenery!

After walking for a long time, we bought pizza for supper on our way back!

Our loots from this trip!

Most of my stuff are the snacks and Naraya bags. Didn't manage to buy much clothes because the quality or style or price were disappointing.

Last day in Bangkok

40 baht each (approx S$1.60). Cheap right?

Definitely have to eat it at least once to make myself feel happy!

*easily contented*

One last lunch in Bangkok before we fly back at Fuji Restaurant.

My must-eat every time I am in Bangkok - sashimi set!

After shopping in Siam Paragon and Siam Square, we crossed the road to this hidden artsy lane!

There isn't any name for this place but there are lotsa hidden shops with nice stuff in it.

Due to time constraint, I could only briefly look through. I will be sure to come back to comb through!

Time for atas high tea before heading to the airport!

At Mandarin Oriental in Siam Paragon.

Supposed to have the best blueberry cheesecake in Bangkok but it was sold out by the time we went!

We actually saw one before going for lunch. So we thought we'd come back during teatime to have it, but sold out! =(

Ending up having the borbon tart as recommended by the staff and we were not disappointed at all!

It's actually a vanilla tart that tastes really rich and yet just the perfect level of sweetness. Yums...

And that's the end of my Bangkok trip 2013!

I cut my hair recently and it's not looking good. So no pictures of myself till my hair grows out! Lol...

Wishing everyone a prosperous CNY! Feast to your hearts' content!
