Yay! Babeh Adele and I went to Adventure Cove Waterpark at Sentosa.

The weather couldn't get any better - clear blue skies and bright scorching sun.

And we have arrived at our destination! We were anticipating a lot of crowds because it was the school holidays for Children's Day. But it turned out quite okay... I think it's because we went early at around 10plus. 

There were only a few attractions in the water-themed park and most places had queues. We didn't try out the water slides because the queues were quite long and the sun was too much to bear.

We had lots of fun in this wave pool! The waves were quite big and actually covered us many times. There were lots of couples holding onto each other in the pool. If you went to the deep end of the pool, you need to be wearing a life jacket for your own safety. The whole waves thing lasted for about 20 minutes.

Another attraction that we enjoyed was the long stream encircling the theme park. We grabbed the huge round floats from the sides and swam down the stream while chatting and enjoying the views. Quite fun!

But there were many rowdy kids and they'd be trying to get in between people, pushing everyone else. Beware of them!

Lockers are very expensive (large ones at $20 each, small ones at $10 each). Good for one day use. There are many lockers inside the park, so don't worry if the ones at the entrance are all full!

Entrance fee at $36 per adult. You can go in and come out again, valid for one day. But I don't think anyone will do that because you need to shower before you go out of the park, then get yourself wet again later.

It's a good-to-have experience but Adele and I both decided that we won't be going back in the near future! Lol...
