Food Galore: Level 33

We are off to Level 33 for a chillax dinner!Level 33 Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1 8 Marina Boulevard Singapore 018981 We made a reservation and got a table indoors. We actually wanted to sit outside but they were reserved for drinking. Luckily we didn't sit outdoors. It started raining later in the evening! Heng ah... What's relaxing without alcohol? It's really quite expensive, the alcohol. Happy hour is until 8pm. So be sure to place your orders before 8! My two cute petite girls - Aileen and Priscilla! They are really so petite that I feel like a fat giant beside them. Life's unfair! Rachel and I. We have great telepathy, always wearing the same colours!Starter: Quail Pan seared breast, celeriac puree, chargrilled savoy, fava beans and caramel malt jus. Quite yummy! Maybe because we were too hungry. haha..Mains: Wagyu Steak I can't remember the description for this but the steak is really good. Much better than Back & Belly.Mains: Back & Belly Chargrilled 200 days aged Stockyard sirloin and slowly braised blackened Wagyu brisket, potato onion hash, blistered tomato and wild mushroom jus. They both taste the same but just slightly different. Don't really like braised stuff so I won't recommend this. Halfway through the meal, there were fireworks! We are so lucky to have the view right in front of us! Many people gather around our table to get a good shot of the beautiful fireworks! After we are done with dinner, we just had to go out to admire this fabulous night scene of Singapore's CBD area. Ya, as you can see. We are very excited about this place. All so sua ku, like we have never seen it before. *embarrassing but who cares?* yay! I love my girls!
